Tell us about your health history. Our clinical team will review your answers to make sure PrEP is safe for you.
At home health check
Before starting PrEP, you’ll need to complete a few tests. With SH:24 you can do these tests at home. We’ll post everything you need and help you take the samples too.
Secure online results
All your test results are stored safely in your account. You can log in to check them when you’re ready. And our clinicians are only a text away if you want some support.
PrEP direct to your door
Once a clinician has prescribed your PrEP, we’ll get your meds in the post. They’ll arrive in discreet packaging so you’ll be the only one who knows what's inside.
Ongoing care
To continue taking PrEP, you'll need a negative HIV test result every 3 months and regular checks of your kidney function. When the time is right, you can request a test kit to get up-to-date results. With our service, you’ll always be sure of your status.
And when you need more medication, you can re-order your next prescription when you're ready.
