Reduced service over festive period

Over the festive period some of our services may be delayed.

By text

If you’ve ordered from us and have a question, you can just reply to one of our text messages.

Our clinical team will read your message and get back to you. Our team provides support and care during working hours: 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week. You can message any time, but for some questions, we’ll need a little time to get back to you.

By email

You can email us any time on sh24.info@nhs.net.

If you haven’t checked them already, you may also find answers to common questions about STI kits, test results, deliveries, and much more in our FAQs.

Urgent or out of hours?

If you have an urgent enquiry, especially if you’re experiencing painful symptoms or side effects, call NHS 111 or visit NHS 111.

If you think you’ve been exposed to HIV, find your local NHS emergency PEP service.

If you need emergency contraception at times when we’re unable to help, we recommend you go to your local clinic or pharmacy, your GP or A&E department.

Work question?

If you’re a clinician, you can use the same address as above – sh24.info@nhs.net – as all these come through to our clinical team.

If you’re a journalist or have press or media enquiries, visit our media page.
