About SH:24
SH:24 is a pioneering online sexual and reproductive health service, delivered in partnership with the NHS. We make it easy for people to self-manage their sexual and reproductive health online, by providing free STI test kits, contraception, PrEP, treatment, information and advice.
Our objective is to improve access to sexual health services through a more holistic, user-centred service. Our products are designed to be flexible around the needs of users. They encourage greater autonomy, both in making decisions about their care and in navigating their preferred route through services.
We're proud of our community and the people who work with us. We put our users at the heart of everything we do by designing services that are easy to use, easy to access and easy to understand.

We'll send you any equipment you need to work from home comfortably, book video induction calls with every department, and we make sure to have regular check-ins.
We want people to grow with the business, so we support cross-team working and provide flexibility for people to explore projects and areas that interest them. It's a relaxed environment where people are given the tools and trust to work autonomously, and we value new ideas and suggestions so we can continuously improve.
We're always interested in upskilling our employees, and are flexible in ways to do it: be it courses, books, onsite or remote learning with a colleague - whatever suits the situation best.
