What is an SH:24 personal account?

We recently launched the ability to create an SH:24 personal account. This means you can choose between getting your results in a text message or creating an account to get your results online. You’ll be invited to create an account when you place an order.

If you create an account with us, we’ll send you a link by text message when your test results are ready. You can use this link to log in to your account and see your results.

Your results page will show all the tests you did, give your results and explain anything you might need to do next. And we’ll give you some useful information on when to test again and how to prevent the spread of STIs.

Sometimes, we’ll need to talk with you before we can share your results online. If we need to speak to you, we’ll send you a text asking you to book a call with us.
After our call, you’ll be able to see your results in your account.

If you ordered tests from us before you made an account, you will not be able to see past results in your account. Only the STI tests you order after creating an account will have results available online. And any contraception order will not appear in your account.

Can I get my results without making an account?

Yes. During the order process, you can choose to check out as a guest. This will not create an account. When your results are ready, we’ll send them to you in a text message. The message will also include any further information you might need, for example, if you need to get treatment or speak with one of our clinicians.

Even if you have an account, you can choose to check out as a guest. If you do this, you’ll get your results in a text rather than in your account.
