Sexual Health and HIV Specialist Nurse

Sophy trained as an adult nurse at the University of Dundee before moving to London and starting nursing on the wards and in Critical Care at Kings College Hospital

She has 5 years’ experience within the field of sexual health. Sophy started out as a band 5 staff nurse in sexual health in St Georges and then moved back to Kings College Hospital to a specialist HIV clinic and became a HIV Specialist Nurse.

She has worked for NHS 111 as a clinical advisor for a short period of time before returning back to sexual health at SH:24 and Fettle at the beginning of January 2021.

Sophy has a special interest in safeguarding including young people and adults and ensuring that all services are as inclusive and accessible as possible to all.
